Industrial Engineer
Location: Alrode
Type of employment: Permanent
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Evaluating and implementing process improvements;
- Developing and optimising workflows;
- Setting up and optimising ERP/stock management software and processes;
- Root cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Developing and overseeing systems for capturing and reporting on manufacturing data;
- Managing projects and leading small teams;
- Monitoring new ERP processes;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and quality within the manufacturing environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field;
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, processes and workflows;
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration;
- Experience with process improvement methodologies;
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools;
- Experience in the use and setting up of ERP/stock management software is a plus;

Administrator - Composites
Location: Alrode
Type of employment: Permanent
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Daily filing of delivered parts PPS’s;
- Ensuring that tool stations and tool registers remain up to date by conducting regular audits across the department;
- Dealing with HR and payroll related matters, such as recording and capturing of the overtime worked by the staff in the department, recording and monitoring of annual leave, sick leave, AWOL and loan applications;
- Arranging training for personnel when required;
- Managing the departmental housekeeping schedule as well as individual workstation cleaning schedules;
- Placing grocery and stationary orders and monitoring of stock levels;
- Placing consumable requisition orders.
Essential Requirements:
- Matric;
- At least 3 years in an administrative position;
- HR experience will be advantageous;
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Strong administrative skills and structured approach;
- Strong troubleshooting skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;

Procurement Assistant
Location: Tedderfield Airpark
Type of employment: Permanent
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, components, and services;
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, and negotiate pricing and terms;
- Place orders as needed;
- Track deliveries and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies;
- Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries;
- Ensure procurement procedures are followed strictly;
- Maintain procurement records, update supplier lists monthly, and generate reports as required for supplier monthly ratings;
- Coordinate with stores and production;
- Assist in resolving any order or delivery issues;
- Assist with returns, warranties, and rejected items;
- ADHOC duties as per manager’s request.
Essential Requirements:
- Matric;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain support roles;
- Strong telephone and communication skills;
- Must be disciplined, stern, confident, and assertive;
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Omni);
- Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and work under pressure;
- Ability to follow instructions.

Production Assistant (Loom Technician - Electrics)

- Electrical harness/loom building;
- Testing of various aircraft systems;
- Perform stock takes;
- Book stock in and out;
- Any other relevant duties assigned by the Electrics Manager.
Essential Requirements:
- Matric;
- IPC Certification on harness building or related Electrical qualification/s will be advantageous;
- At least 1 years’ experience in harness building and using bench test equipment;
- Ability to read and understand complex wiring diagrams;
- Basic aircraft knowledge;
- A good understanding of basic aircraft electronics and symbols;
- Attention to detail is imperative and providing good quality workmanship;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Basic understanding of electrical faultfinding techniques;
- A good understanding of basic aircraft electronics and symbols;
- Attention to detail is imperative and providing good quality workmanship;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

QC Roaming Inspector
Location: Alrode
Type of employment: Permanent
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Perform quality control inspections on workmanship, step verification, approval of sub-assemblies and assemblies in accordance with industry/internal manufacturing standards;
- Conduct random inspections on daily production and in-process work;
- Approve finished products by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests where necessary;
- Document inspection results by completing inspection checklists;
- Inspect aircraft during various assembly stages, including aircraft sub-assemblies, electrical harness, and installations.
Essential Requirements:
- Matric;
- Post-matric qualification in Aviation or Engineering is preferred;
- Experience with aircraft airframes;
- Experience as a QA or QC Inspector – within sheet metal/aviation sector;
- Experience with inspection and measuring equipment;
- Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of manufacturing processes.
