Administrator (Stores)
Location: Alrode
Type of employment: Permanent
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Capturing and monitoring all sales and kit packing system updates;
- Attend to all sales and kit packing queries and requests;
- Process daily stock transfers and requisitions on the Omni system;
- Proactively reduce back-order stock by liaising with suppliers;
- Capture and post stock counts on the Omni system adjusting stock levels;
- Process stock requisitions for internal departments;
- Provide daily ETA reports in coordination with Procurement and Quality Control;
- Process docking of kit scanners;
- Filter and print picking slips accurately in line with build specifications;
- Obtain and confirm sales orders and build specification details from the Sales department;
- Place daily stock orders for parts required by hardware stores and internal departments;
- Assist with general administrative duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Matric;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably FMCG background;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong organisational and planning skills;
- Effective time management skills;
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of Omni will be advantageous.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician
Location: Tedderfield
Type of employment: Permanent
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Carry out maintenance on aircraft airframes, including inspections and structural repairs;
- Perform engine maintenance and servicing in line with manufacturer requirements;
- Maintain and troubleshoot aircraft electrical systems and instruments;
- Conduct sheet metal repairs on aircraft structures;
- Inspect, remove, and refit propellers;
- Perform aircraft line maintenance, including daily inspections and defect rectification;
- Accurately complete maintenance records and comply with SACAA, ICASA, and Sling MOP and SOP requirements.
Essential Requirements:
- Matric;
- Valid driver’s licence (Code 8 or higher);
- At least 2 years’ experience in an AMO or as an AME;
- Strong English literacy (reading and writing);
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and aircraft manuals;
- Experience with sheet metal work;
- Experience with aircraft electrical systems and instruments;
- Engine maintenance experience.
