It is with a heavy heart that we have to postpone the Sling High Wing Launch Breakfast that was originally scheduled for this Saturday, July 3rd, in line with the President’s speech last night prohibiting all social gatherings for the next 14 days due to the third wave of COVID-19.
Currently, we are unable to provide a future date that this will take place BUT that being said, EAA Airventure Oshkosh 2021 is still happening, the Sling High Wing prototype has its ATF, and so once again, we’re off to Wisconsin!
If you’re interested in following this year’s Sling pilgrimage to EAA AirVenture Oshkosh with James and Matt, please subscribe to our newsletter, be sure to follow our social media pages and track their progress via our blog as the guys fly. They have promised to answer questions, post photos, return love and generally just try bring you along with them on the adventure as much as they can.
We hope to see you there but until then, keep warm, keep safe and keep on Slinging!

“The Sling High Wing design sets a new standard for Sling Aircraft. It is the culmination of many years’ experience in the design, manufacture and production of the successful range of Sling Aircraft. We now have a substantial portion of the aircraft, being the centre fuselage, produced in composite fibre. This has allowed us to design an aerodynamic aircraft which is beautifully shaped, light and extremely strong.”
– Mike Blyth (Sling Aircraft Director)
