AERO South Africa 2025 (Lanseria)

Mark your calendars!

AERO South Africa 2025 is touching down at Lanseria International Airport from 25 to 27 June, and Team Sling will be there in full force.

As one of South Africa’s premier aviation events, AERO South Africa will feature demo flights, aircraft fly-ins, hands-on workshops, business matchmaking, and the latest in innovation.

And we’re bringing the best of Sling with us.

Swing by Stand B5 to meet the Sling team where we will be showcasing the serious side of Sling. The Sling LSA trainer and the Sling High Wing will be in focus this year — perfect for flight schools, pilot academies, and aerial surveillance operations in mining and farming respectively. If you’re in the business of aviation, you won’t want to miss what these aircraft can do.

Expect high energy…

… next-level aircraft, and plenty of face time with the team behind the magic.

See you at Stand B5.

Slingers, get ready to feel the burn!

The Tanqua Kuru is calling and we’re answering

It’s go‑time! Load up your gear, strap on your gravel shoes, and aim for the wide‑open Karoo horizon. The Tanqua Kuru is calling, and we’re answering with throttles, pedals, and hearts wide open. At least four Sling aircraft and our solid team of riders will make the pilgrimage to Tankwa Tented Camp for what’s become an annual tradition of grit, gravel, and greatness.

But that’s not all!

There’s still one title former Springbok Bob Skinstad hasn’t claimed… This isn’t a stadium victory. No crowds, no ceremony, no easy applause. This one is fought for. Across endless gravel, through the dust, under the relentless Tankwa sun. And he’s chasing it down on a Sling Cycles Tagati. So, the question is — when he rolls up to the start line… will you be there with him?
