However, for those still keen to come through, the clubhouse will be open on Friday for dinner and drinks, as well as on Saturday morning for breakfast. We’re thrilled to invite you to a weekend full of aviation, good food, and Highveld summer vibes at the Tedderfield Sling Boerie and Blossoms Camping Fly-In! This year is extra special, as we celebrate the launch of the brand new Tedderfield Sling Campground by inviting you to camp out with us on Friday, 7th November, and truly immerse yourself in the weekend fun.

Saturday Morning – The Breakfast Fly-In
Kickstart your Saturday with good food, great company, and aviation excitement! The Clubhouse opens at 07h00 for fly-in pilots, where you can enjoy a free boerewors roll, fresh juice, and a hot cup of coffee while soaking in the beautiful Highveld sunrise. At 09h00, don’t miss the Sling HQ tour, hosted by our friendly Sling Sales Team, giving you an insider’s look at where the magic happens.
Whether you’re flying in or driving in, everyone is welcome! Bring your family, your friends, and even your aviator fur-pilots! Avgas and mogas will also be available.

It’s go‑time! Load up your gear, strap on your gravel shoes, and aim for the wide‑open Karoo horizon. The Tanqua Kuru is calling, and we’re answering with throttles, pedals, and hearts wide open. At least four Sling aircraft and our solid team of riders will make the pilgrimage to Tankwa Tented Camp for what’s become an annual tradition of grit, gravel, and greatness.
There’s still one title former Springbok Bob Skinstad hasn’t claimed… This isn’t a stadium victory. No crowds, no ceremony, no easy applause. This one is fought for. Across endless gravel, through the dust, under the relentless Tankwa sun. And he’s chasing it down on a Sling Cycles Tagati. So, the question is — when he rolls up to the start line… will you be there with him?
