Come and join us at Brits Airfield for the EAA weekend fly-in! 5 to 7 November, join team Sling as we arrive in a range of Sling Aircraft for a weekend of camping, flying competitions and awards. AIRFIELD DETAILS – FABS Co-ordinates : S25.533, E27.7756 Elevation : 3,740 ft RWY 02/20 asphalt – 900 m (LH circuit for 20 & RH circuit 02) ACCOMMODATION – CAMPING To share in the Oshkosh type experience of on-field “living”, a supplier has been sorted to hire out tents and sleeping gear. Packages include: Tent, stretcher, matt and a sleeping bag as a standard. They will transport, set up and remove the tents for your convenience. Camping hire gear is limited and available on a “first-come, first-served basis”. If camping is not an option for you, please make use of the many accommodation outlets available in Brits. Team Sling will be camping out from next Friday to Sunday, 6th to 8th March, for a full weekend of flying, demos, good company, and proper aviation vibes. We’re bringing the Sling TSi and Sling High Wing along for demo flights on Friday, 6th March — so if you’re serious about owning your own Sling, this is your chance to experience the difference firsthand. From STOL competitions and spot landings to skydivers, hot air balloons, Harvards, workshops and yes… the Sling pool is coming too, so pack those cozzies😉 — it’s going to be aviation heaven.
